These terms govern use of the Pulse Works website. Project work is governed by the applicable quotation, scope and written service agreement.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. You may browse the website and contact Pulse Works for legitimate personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or malicious material, misrepresent your identity, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

3. Project enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, guarantee availability or constitute acceptance of work. A project becomes binding only when the parties accept the applicable written quotation, scope, terms and any required deposit or purchase order. Service descriptions on this website are general and may be adapted to the requirements of each project.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, graphics, showreel material, production work and other original content are owned by or licensed to Pulse Works and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No content may be copied, republished, modified, distributed, sold or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits it.

Third-party company names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their display identifies organisations for which Pulse Works has performed work or contributed production services. It does not imply current sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Pulse Works aims to keep website information accurate and the service available, but does not warrant that all content will always be complete, current or error free, or that access will be uninterrupted. We may correct, update, suspend or remove website content when reasonably necessary.
